GAIA was founded by Amanda Langan, whose path to healing began as a last resort. At just 12 years old, Amanda started experiencing persistent body aches and pain. Determined to find another way, she turned to strict diets, massage therapy, acupuncture, and other alternative treatments. Each brought small improvements, but nothing offered lasting relief.
